How you can bet
Online and retail
State law allows up to ten event wagering operator licenses for Arizona Indian tribes and up to ten for owners of Arizona professional sports teams, certain sports facilities and race promoters (or their designees). Team, facility and promoter licensees may offer retail wagering at or within five blocks of their sports facility plus mobile wagering statewide; tribal licensees offer mobile wagering statewide.

Before you open an account
- Confirm the operator is on the regulator's licensed list above, not just that a site or app looks real.
- Read the terms, especially for any bonus: see bonus fine print.
- Set deposit and time limits first, and know how to get help or self-exclude.
