This site covers 11 states so far (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont). Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (31 V.S.A. chapter 25)
What if my state is not here? We have not covered it yet, which does not mean betting is legal or illegal there. Find your state's gaming regulator (often a gaming commission, lottery or department of revenue), read its sports wagering page, and only use operators on its licensed list. The offshore-site guide explains how. We add states in batches, and each state is checked against official sources before it goes live.
Age is not the same everywhere
Most covered states set the minimum at 21. In this batch, New Hampshire and Rhode Island set it at 18 in their statutes. Sportsbooks and venues can still set a higher age. Always read the terms of the service you plan to use.
